We love our St. Thomas Regional School Parents! Whether active in PTO or cheering on our STRS Bulldogs at a Basketball, Cross Country or Soccer games, they are an important part of our St. Thomas Regional School community.

Uniforms
All St. Thomas students are required to wear the official school or gym uniform on designated days. Our 
uniform consists of a Spring/Fall and Winter uniform.
Please refer to the school handbook for more information. Uniforms can be purchased at Donnelly’s.
Transportation
Our students are entitled to Providence and Statewide busing. Students must enroll every year if they need busing.

Delays and Closings
SCHOOL CLOSINGS OR DELAY POLICIES
In the event of inclement weather, announcements regarding our school closings and early dismissals will be made over WJAR channel 10 under the category R.I. Catholic Schools as “St. Thomas Regional School”. If you do not see the name of the school specifically then we will be in session as usual.

and many radio stations.
BUSING TO ST. THOMAS DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER
If the town in which you reside closes its schools, parents are responsible for the transportation of their child to St. Thomas.
Please monitor local news stations and websites during inclement weather days to ensure that your child has a place to go if an early dismissal is carried out by the school.
STRS Parent Teacher Organization – STRS PTO
The PTO is comprised of a committee of parents and teachers with no officers. All are welcome to participate and are given the opportunity to help out when they are able and as often as they like. Here at St. Thomas we recognize that our parents have very busy schedules and may not be able commit to each and every event. Together with teachers, parents serve on a voluntary basis to plan events throughout the school year. If you would like to volunteer to be a parent liaison for your child’s classroom please email your child’s teacher. As always we thank you for all your support and look forward to a school year full of great activities and fun!!
